The owner quickly returned my call and then gave me a fair and honest in-person estimate which was cheaper and used superior materials than the other estimates I had gotten. Once work began it was quick, clean, and efficient. The job was even done a full week earlier than promised. Goochs Custom delivered amazing flooring and tile work in my home that made my wife and I both thrilled. I don't normally write reviews but my home has been returned back to the showplace it was before the flood. And it's all thanks to Goochs Custom Wood Flooring. We have been working with a ton of people for our new house and Michael is by far the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable contractor we’ve had the pleasure of working with. His attention to detail makes his work absolutely beautiful. His communication is outstanding (we quickly realized this is a rarity amongst contractors). His prices are competitive and he’s very transparent with costs. He did our vinyl plank floors and we hired him again to do our outdoor and bathroom tiling. 10/10 recommend.

Hardwood Install On Main Floor. Goochs Custom Wood Flooring crew were amazing. They installed hardwood floors in my living room and dining room. When Crew came to give me a quote, he was very detailed and looked at everything. The crew was great and did a great job. They all went above and beyond. We're very happy with the service Goochs Custom Wood Flooring provided for us two weeks ago. This company was prompt and worked very hard to finish the project in 3 days. During the staining, they covered all my kitchen cabinets and appliances so nothing got damaged. They were in constant communication with us in terms of the colour of the stain so that it would match the rest of our floors. Overall we are very happy with their professional and wonderful service. I just had tile put down in two bedrooms of my new home. I took several bids and Michael's was the best. His work is of the highest quality and he is very easy to work with. And he kept to the schedule he promised, not something contractors always do. He has my highest recommendation. Couldn't be more pleased with the result.
